Mini Shredz Sk8 Courses
Program Overview
Our weekly indoor sessions are perfect for kids aged 4–6 who are new to skateboarding or experienced mini-shredders looking to explore our custom-built progressive features. We emphasize the fundamentals of pushing, stopping, foot positioning, and balance while incorporating fun tricks and games to build confidence. Kids are free to explore butt-boarding, knee-boarding, and more—our focus is on fostering a love for skateboarding in a safe and supportive environment.
This program is non-structured, flexible, and tailored to each skater's skill level, goals, and confidence. Our coaches ensure personalized progression for every skater.

Location: Golden Curling Rink (1412 9th St S)
Our Mini Shredz Sk8 program is coach-led, and children participate independently without parent involvement. Parents can watch from the viewing area or return for the last 10 minutes to see their child skate!
Ages 4 - 6 (recommended)

Spring Session 1 (FULL)
Mondays 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
April 27th - June 22nd (8-weeks)
*No class on the May 18th holiday
Spring Session 2 (4 spots left)

Prices
8 Week Program:
1 session/week: $225+gst
Ask about ‘Afterschool Pick Up’
One of our coaches can meet your child at Apes School and walk them to the curling rink.
What you can bring:
A skateboard
A properly fitting helmet
Pads
Skateboarding footwear (flat-bottomed shoes are best)
Skateboard-appropriate clothing
Refillable water bottle
Snacks
* We have extra skateboards, helmets, and pads for anyone who needs them.
